Al-Shabaab gunmen attack university in Kenya – in pictures

Masked gunmen have stormed a university in Garissa, north-east Kenya, leaving at least 15 people dead and many more injured. The Somalia-based militant group claimed responsibility for the attack at Garissa University College, during which the gunmen reportedly set off a blast at the gates of the student hostels before storming the compound and taking hostages
